Hầu hết chúng ta nhận được thông báo dưới đây khi cố gắng xóa một file hay folder từ ổ cứng sử dụng hệ điều hành Windows:

Và các thông báo khác:

Mình xin giới thiệu với các bạn một công cụ miễn phí, giúp bạn unlock (mở khóa) file / folder và cho phép bạn xóa nó chỉ với vài cái click chuột đơn giản.
Cách sử dụng rất đơn giản:
1. Download và cài đặt Unlocker.
2. Click chuột phải lên file / folder không xóa được và chọn Unlocker:
3. Một cửa sổ liệt kê danh sách các file bị khóa sẽ xuất hiện:
4. Click Unlock All. Bây giờ bạn có thể xóa file / folder đó như bình thường.
